Email campaigns designed and scheduled in Constant Contact, with a transition to HubSpot in mid-2025. Graphic assets were created in Adobe, and each campaign was tailored to promote recent content—including blogs, podcasts, reports, retail innovation newsletters—as well as events and themed communications like year-end roundups. Emails were distributed to clients and Trend Alert subscribers.
